3 years old!

ArtistsofMallorca is 3 years old in February 2023. With over 150 artists and 500 unique visitors per month we've come a long way in that time!

I'm always looking at ways to try to make the site more interactive and interesting, so the Forum has just been launched, where you can start conversations, show everyone what you are working on, let us know about upcoming exhibitions etc. I'm hoping it's going to be a great source of information and ideas, so don't be shy - it's there for everyone. Feel free to contact me if you have suggestions to make it better.

Artists can now also upload their work directly on to the site by filling in this form Artist Information | Artists of Mallorca | Art | Mallorca. You have to fill in all the boxes that have a * mark, and a minimum of 4 works. At the moment the maximum is 10, and I will keep a check on it to see if that is not enough for everyone, as it can be changed in future.

It also means that you can go back and change your information and work whenever you want to.

If you have been on the site for a while, you might want to look at using the form to update what you have on your page. Contact me sharon@artistsofmallorca.com with any queries on this.

What I'm working on

I'm not a fan of winter, but I do love the colours and the light, and it has been lovely to see the snow (from a distance!) on top of the Serra de Tramuntana. The sunsets have also been producing the most dramatic deep orange colour on the side of the hills, totally different from the pink of summer.

I'm working on a series of winter views, which my friends in the studio tell me make them feel cold, so I must be doing something right!
